Join Us for Frocks and Frolics “Hats Off to Hollywood”

When?
Sunday April 10th, 12 noon to 3 p.m.

Where?
Lod Cook Conference Center at 3848 West Lakeshore Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70808-4600

Why?
For a fabulous afternoon of fun celebrating the movies with proceeds going to the Baton Rouge Speech and Hearing Foundation’s Early Intervention Autism Program

What Activities are Included?
Jazz Brunch from 1 - 2pm with a presentation by Raleigh Studios – the Movie Studio in Baton Rouge where “Breaking Dawn” of the Twilight Saga and Battleground are being filmed
            And
Keepsake Photo on the Red Carpet by our Paparazzi
Celebrities—“Whoopi Goldberg” and “Austin Powers” Impersonators
Costume Contest for those who want to participate
2nd Annual Professional Decorated Cake Challenge with 30 Cake Artists (Last year’s winning cakes, click here)

Boutique Marketplace with jewelry, gifts, pearls, luxury bath items, purses and much more
Storytelling Time with a Professional Storyteller
Caricature Artist doing free caricatures for your group

Who?
This is a great event for mothers and daughters, families, groups of friends and individuals interested in having a good time and learning about the movie industry in Baton Rouge

What are Ticket Prices?
$45 Individual Ticket includes the Jazz Brunch, Presentation by Raleigh Studios, and all other activities

$25 Individual Ticket includes all activities except the Jazz Brunch and Raleigh Studios Presentation.

What Should You Wear?
We encourage you to wear your Easter outfits, a hat for the ladies or Movie Character costumes. Whatever you prefer will be welcome at this event. Entering the Costume Contest is voluntary but a lot of fun. Patrons will vote during the event and prizes will be awarded.

This is an excellent opportunity to wear your “Sunday Best” and get a free family or friend photo taken on the red carpet.

Do I have to stay from 12 noon to 3 p.m.?
No, you can come and go as you want but the Jazz Brunch will start at 1 p.m.

Are Sponsorships available?
Yes, we are seeking sponsors. Table Sponsorships are available for $500 which includes a reserved table, two complimentary tickets, recognition at the Jazz Brunch and 4 complimentary servings of our decorated cakes to take home.

If you are interested in sponsorships, please call 225.937.2369. There are many sponsorship opportunities.

Sponsorships are tax deductible since Quota Charitable Trust is a 501c3 organization.

What is Quota International of Baton Rouge?
We are an organization of professionals, executives and business owners who come together to make a difference in our community and have a lot of fun and fellowship. We have been a force in the Baton Rouge community for 70 years. We were founding members of the Baton Rouge Speech and Hearing Foundation and 90% of the net proceeds of this fundraising project will go to the BRSHF for their Early Intervention Autism Program.

Our key service focus is on helping individuals with speech, language and hearing needs and assisting disadvantaged women and children.

Quota also helps its members stay informed with community issues and we support our members’ professional networking and development.

Our organization is associated with Quota international, headquartered in Washington, DC and whose members span 14 countries. Quota International of Baton Rouge has been a leader in the International organization with three international presidents: Frances Landry, Bobbie Carey and Rosemary Hannie.
